We worked closely with Rizzi Home in order to create a new website design to reflect the Rizzi brand, as well as improve website visitor experience to specifically increase subscription purchases.
RESULTS
As a results, we saw 38% Conversion increase for visitors landing on the Product Pages, and 23% Conversion increase for visitors landing on the Homepage.
Email Marketing + Subscription App Migration
WORK
We identified that poor post-purchase experience was causing a lot of customer churn, so we've migrated Rizzi subscribers to a better suited subscription app, and improved automated email marketing flows for a better Pre-Purchase and Post Purchase experience.
RESULTS
After the combined rebrand and improved customer experience, we saw customers spend 47% more in their first 120D with the brand.
